Alerts center

Map of alerts

The Alerts Map allows you to locate and get more information about:

  • Suspicious consumption alerts
  • Idle time alerts
  • Click on at the bottom right of the map to see the legend.
  • The dates you select will be included in the period displayed. (E.g. if you choose from 31/05 to 13/06, you will see the alerts from 31/05 at 00:00 to 14/06 at 00:00).
  • You can view alerts from the first day of your installation until the day before the current date.

List of Alerts and Monitoring Find all the alerts from the chosen period in the form of a list.

Click on an alert in the list to get the details beneath this so that it appears prominently on the map and show the corresponding moment in grey on the monitoring. Click on an alert icon on the map so that the alert appears prominently in the list with its detailed information.

Alert stats

  • Number of Idle times and Suspicious consumption.

  • Information on Idle time and Suspicious consumption.
